The Foundation is incorporated in the State of California as an independent non-profit public benefit organization.
Applications for scholarships are accepted from students in the medical field from select institutions.
Annual Awards Dinner
Awards are presented at a dinner meeting in May-June.
The Annual Meeting is held in the Fall for the general membership as a dinner event, and may be combined with a Holiday Party. At the meeting, Board members for the following calendar year are elected and any changes to the bylaws requiring a vote of the membership are presented. Occasionally there has also been a speaker of interest during the dinner.
